About

Justin Bugeja is a native Detroit actor. A graduate of Wayne State University with a BFA in Acting, he is expanding his horizons beyond the world of acting as a director, vocal director, and conductor. In June 2024, Justin made his Broadway stage debut as a swing in the Caldarona Studios Disney Medley at the New Amsterdam stage during the Arts for Autism Benefit Concert. Justin is also a featured artist with Caldarona Studios.

His vast tenor range has allowed him to step into the roles of Emcee in Cabaret, Chip in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Jack in Into the Woods. Two other notable credits are Musidorus in Head Over Heels and Abraham Slender in Merry Wives of Windsor.

Justin is many things beyond an actor; the Executive Administrator for Thistle Rose Academy of Arts, the Assistant Director of Theatre at Belleville High School, an intergral employee of Bethany Caldarona Studios, and he runs his own private vocal and acting studio. Besides theatre, he is passionate about helping others and has background in healthcare/nursing. Outside of his professional ventures, he loves to thrift shop, care for plants, and go for drives.

"Damien was one of my favorite parts of E(Xmas)ist, with Bugeja's hilarious delivery of Christmas Elf. I hope to see more... as he's something special on stage.
